"I would like to thank you and your staff for your speed, efficiency and professionalism during a very stressful time for us. When the flat roof was ripped off my home on bank holiday Monday exposing the bedroom to the elements.I was lost to who to contact. Not knowing a roofer i turned to the local paper "The campaign" hoping to find someone who would make an emergency repair. No one was interested because of the weather conditions and the holiday. You were the last one i tried and although you yourself were on holiday you arranged for your son David to come out. He was with me within the hour, he braved winds of 62 miles per hour and torrential rain to secure the roof and minimise the internal damage to the house. the temporary repair withstood the continuing bad weather. As soon as we had the go ahead from the insurer your team arrived early in the morning on the date promised and completed the job on time. I would without hesitation recommend your services."
