We contacted Mark to lay a parquetry floor to our living and dining room last year. Whilst initially responsive and helpful, the job was left unfinished and all efforts to complete the remaining work were left unanswered. In addition, we paid over and above the normal price as the timber had already been supplied. We have left numerous emails and voicemails however he refuses to acknowledge or respond. This is a shame as the work that was performed was done to a good standard.
