New Build - Energy Assessments (SAP) If you are building a new property or converting an old one, you will reguire a SAP assessment before Building Control will give you a permit to commence construction. The aim of a SAP Assessor is to work with the client to ensure that the designed property is compliant with UK government carbon emission regulations, this is achived by assessment of the buildings fabric and air tightness. It is a two staged process and we will work with you to achive a result as quickly as possible.
